You generally like and accept yourself, trust your abilities and feel able to handle what comes your way. Setbacks rarely shake your sense of worth for long.
0 means you disagreed strongly with every positive statement and agreed strongly with every negative one; 100 means the opposite. The score is not compared with other people, so read it as a description of how you see yourself right now.
Ways to strengthen self-esteem
Notice how you talk to yourself. Would you say the same to a friend? Try being as kind to yourself as you would be to them.
Set small, realistic goals and notice when you reach them. Experiences of mastery build confidence over time.
Spend time with people who treat you well, and cut down on comparing yourself with others, including on social media.
Look after the basics: sleep, physical activity and doing things you enjoy all affect how you see yourself.
