Tilfinninganæmi er þáttur sem lýsir tilhneigingu einstaklinga til þess að skynja aðstæður sem ógnandi og lýsir því að hve miklu leyti þeir eru líklegri til að upplifa neikvæðar tilfinningar á borð við kvíða og skömm.
